At AccuDraw Phlebotomy School, our instructors bring a wealth of knowledge, hands-on experience, and a true passion for teaching the next generation of healthcare professionals. Our diverse team of educators is what sets us apart.

  • Kaylee Hair, BS, RN

    Kaylee grew up in the Houston Texas area and loves being a Texan. She graduated from Brigham Young University with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2022. Since then, she has been working as a registered nurse on MedSurg unit and loves making connections with her patients and their families. Her passions include reading and helping to teach  individuals new skills.

  • Rebecca Silva, BS, RN

    Rebecca graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2009. She moved to Houston in 2022 with her family. She has worked in several areas of nursing throughout her 14 year career but has found her favorite specialty as a Postpartum nurse. She loves caring for new mothers and teaching them how to care of their newborn babies. She enjoys taking the time to educate and teach Phlebotomy at AccuDraw!  In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading.

  • Kristine Hayes, CNA, CPT, PTT

    Physical Therapy Technician

    CNA at an orthopedic hospital in post op surgery for over five years.
