AccuDraw Phlebotomy School – Terms of Service

By enrolling in any course, training program, or service offered by AccuDraw Phlebotomy School (“we,” “our,” or “the School”), you (“the Student”) agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Enrollment and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in the selected course.
  • Full tuition must be paid prior to  or on the first day of class unless a payment plan has been approved in writing.
  • Tuition includes instruction, course materials, and certification preparation unless otherwise stated.

2. Attendance and Conduct

  • Students must attend all sessions to be eligible for certification. Excessive tardiness or absences may result in dismissal without refund.
  • Professional conduct is expected at all times. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
  • AccuDraw reserves the right to refuse service or enrollment to any individual at its discretion.

3. Certification Requirements

  • Completion of all instructional hours, successful demonstration of hands-on skills, and passing of course assessments are required to receive a certificate of completion.
  • We do not guarantee employment or passing of national certification exams, though we provide preparation resources to support success.

4. Refund and Cancellation

  • All payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
  • No refunds will be issued for withdrawals, no-shows, missed classes, or disciplinary removal.
  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be considered only if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

5. Program Changes

  • AccuDraw Phlebotomy School reserves the right to modify course content, instructors, schedules, and policies at any time in response to business needs or public safety.

6. Liability

  • By enrolling, students agree to release AccuDraw Phlebotomy School, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred while participating in training.

7. Use of Likeness

  • Students consent to the use of their image, voice, and testimonials in marketing or promotional materials unless a written request is submitted to opt out.

8. Privacy

  • Student information is used solely for enrollment, communication, and certification purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Agreement

By registering for a course, submitting payment, or attending any class at AccuDraw Phlebotomy School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
